At CG Moving Co., we believe that we have a responsibility not only to care for our customers, but also for the environment that we share with them. We support responsible initiatives that include reducing waste, reusing materials whenever possible, and recycling.
Our Green Initiatives:
- Reduce and reuse our moving boxes and packing supplies whenever possible
- Offer complimentary retrieval of used moving boxes and packing supplies
- Offer the rental or purchase of used boxes at discounted prices
- Use boxes that have 64% post consumer material
- Source the production of our moving boxes and packing materials from companies that participate in Sustainable Forestry Initiative programs and that are made in the U.S.A.
- Paperless billing through several forms of electronic communications
- Printing on both sides of paper and using recycled paper for printing needs
- Use FSC certified products for external marketing materials
CARB:
We are in compliance with the California Environmental Protection Agency-Air Resources Board regulations. Our managers continuously update their knowledge of regulations to ensure we are not only compliant, but make a real effort to reduce air pollution.
