I am so happy and excited to share the news with my family, friends, colleagues, clients, and business network: We are the proud owners of two buildings in West Sacramento, California. The new additions will help us in servicing our government, commercial and residential clients with their online inventory and storage needs. We continue to improve our proprietary online inventory technology to better serve our clients, we are able to receive, inventory and deploy property on demand.
The process of acquiring new real estate started many months ago and it has been quite a journey. We could not have asked for better partners and lenders to have helped us in this accomplishment. First, I want to thank our friend Vicente C. Lopez , whom I met through the LBAN/Latino Business Action Network back in 2019. He was instrumental in connecting me to Stephanie Chung SBA Lender, VP at Business Finance Capital (“BFC”). Her passion for helping small business is unparalleled, a true finance and lending professional. Stephanie introduced us to Daniel Fujimoto, Senior Vice President Community Bank Of The Bay. Dan has been able to look at our business and see the potential for continued growth and we are so thankful to him for his work on our transaction. Together, they made our small business “big dreams” a reality!
We were represented by Matthew Susac, First Vice President at CBRE Industrial & Logistics Advisory & Transaction Services. Matt was patient and always willing to walk us through different scenarios and questions on the entire process. Shout out to Karl Hansen for having introduced us to Matt.
Lastly, I want to thank our CG Moving Company, Inc. team! We have an enthusiastic, energetic, vibrant and diverse team who works hard every day, rain or shine showing up for our clients and giving them our best and leaving a mark on every client we serve. We took our Sacramento core group to tour the buildings. We will have our South San Francisco/Colma team visit the buildings next year!
